I don't have much info here yet. I recommend you check out Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Thrifty for rates. They both have a rental counter in the main baggage claim area of the Las Vegas airport. The baggage claim is like a giant room which is split in half. The middle part has a lower ceiling because the second floor goes over it. In the middle part, near the exit to the limos, is where you find the rental counters. You can find a list of car rental agencies in the baggage claim area here and a map of the airport here.
